Festival Details

Tokyo World festival takes place over two days in Bristol’s Eastville Park.

Tickets for Tokyo World will be sold in advance only, no tickets will be available on the door. Last Entry is at 4pm. The Gate Management will use their discretion under extreme circumstances for customers who sadly do not arrive before the gates close (limited due to Licence conditions). Once you leave the festival there can be no re-entry, this is a condition of our licence set by local Authorities.

For Adults (18+), photo ID will be required to gain entry, and you will need to purchase an Adult Ticket. Adult ticket holders are permitted to enter with two Minors. If you are aged 13 to 17, you will need to purchase a Minor Ticket, and in order to gain entry and attend you will need to be accompanied by an Adult (18+) in order to get entry. Children aged from 0 - 12 years old can gain entry with a Child Ticket, and must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.

Music will begin from 12pm. All set times will be confirmed and shared 48 hours before the Festival gates open. We strongly advise arriving just before 12pm to avoid possible queue times. Parents with children, and Adult ticket holders accompanied by a Minor please enter via the Red Lanes which will be clearly displayed - please ensure you use the Red Lanes ONLY. All Adult Ticket holders please enter via the Green Lanes only.

If you are a local resident you can apply for a discounted resident's ticket by emailing info@tokyoworld.org.

There will be Official After Parties for both Festival days taking place at Bristol's Motion Nightclub. Line-up details will be shared during July 2021. Tickets are on sale now, and there will also be Tokyo World buses taking all customers directly to the venue. The Afterparties are strictly over 18 only.

Cash machines will be located 20 metres from the Entrance point, inside the festival.
There is only one entrance point. This will also be the Exit Point during & after the Festival.
There will also be several Emergency Exits. These will be clearly signposted & only used in the event of an Emergency.
All bars will have card readers to take payments for drinks and we do advise to bring a card with you as your primary method of purchasing food & drinks. However, should you require a cash top-up, this service will be available.
